FLASH!!!! Live online video of Leif's band will be on the internet starting at 1:15 p.m. EDT on Monday, May 25th. Tune in to Dvidshub.net for live coverage of the parade.Coverage starts at 1:15 with pre-parade festivities.Marching Band on the Band! Leif, KD0ETE, will operate mobile on 40 meters and 2 meters as NØD May 22 through 25, 2009. NØD is a special event callsign commemorating the Bowbells Eskimo Marching Band's trip to march in the National Memorial Day Parade in Washington, D.C. The trip will take place May 22 to May 26. If possible the band will check into the 40m nets mobile from whatever state they happen to be in at the time and should also be able to operate in the D.C. area as well.
