The bureau can be a big money saver by lowering the cost of QSL card mailings to other bureau members. Here are the bureau policies and information about sending your cards through it.

ENVELOPE REQUIREMENTS: 6”x9” manila or white envelopes with $0.76 in US postage affixed to each to accommodate the different card sizes. This will cover envelopes weighing 3 ounces (approx 10 cards). Please send envelopes to the bureau in multiples of 5 envelopes. (You can send in 10, 15, 20, etc. at a time)

MAILING TIME: Cards will be mailed out weekly if 8 or more cards are available for the same address, or cards will be held until 8 cards are available or 30 days whichever comes first. The bureau manager will email the user when 2 envelopes are left to allow you time to send additional envelopes or pay for additional envelopes.

PAYMENT OPTION: PayPal will be accepted in increments of $5.00 US. This will purchase five 6" x 9" manila envelopes with $0.76 postage each. $0.25 of each PayPal payment will be placed into a special QSL kitty to provide complimentary envelopes to new participants or special events. Please use the QSL Bureau PayPal option on the website front page.

OUTSIDE OF THE U.S?: Our Non-US members should contact W5BLH via the private messaging system on the website.

The mailing address of the QSL Bureau is:
Barry Hiddema, W5BLH
5007 Northfield Drive
San Antonio, Texas 78228

Thanks from the NATA QSL Bureau!
